What is Red Barn Kitchen Incubator?
RedBarn Kitchen Incubator* is a licensed commercial kitchen facility located in Long Valley (Washington Township) at the center of Morris County. We have restored and converted an old barn to offer a spacious and light workplace for entrepreneurs wanting kitchen rental space to start up or expand a small culinary business in Chester, Hackettstown, Morristown, Bridgewater and surrounding areas in Northern NJ.
Professional Culinary Facility Equipped for:
• Prep Kitchens
• Cold Kitchens
• Bakeries
• Teaching Kitchens
• Party Kitchens
• No Full service kitchen offering or frying permitted, since there is not currently an installed gas stove with fire suppression. However food and sauces can be warmed on Eurodib portable induction cook tops and in a Blodgett convection baking oven

We offer a simple rolling 3 month contract.
There is flexible scheduling around your minimum weekly block of hours that allows you to operate your new business around your other life commitments. The kitchen facility is open 24/7, although currently booked Thursday through Saturday.
We can also provide you with start-up marketing assistance and ServSafe Owner/Manager certification.
