Our Commercial Kitchen Story

In 2014 the red barn was converted into a fully equipped commercial bakery facility to accommodate the needs of Cake Fiction, one of the leading specialty cake decorating businesses in the Tri-State. We have been approached by a series of culinary entrepreneurs wanting to sublet the space in order to test their food business plan. We realized that we could do a great service for others looking for a facility in Northern New Jersey to do the same. 

We are proud to open the doors of our beautiful red barn to help New Jersey regional food businesses see if they can make a success of their idea, without having to exhaust their finances paying for a long-term lease and purchasing all the equipment required to furnish a licensed commercial kitchen operation. So come and join our growing culinary community in a place that you will love to work in.

Our tenants include: a gourmet chocolatier, gluten-free bread baker, cookie dough maker, irish soda bread baker, cookie favors baker, pickles business, granola bars, dry food prep for a frozen food business, and an organic grain milling cooperative.
